What this site collects
When you submit a form on this website, contact, assessment enquiry, speaking enquiry, design partner application, careers application or the Executive Briefing, we store the name, work email, organisation, role and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to understand which parts of the site prompt people to get in touch. Submissions are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties for marketing.
The demo
The IO demo asks for a name and a work email. That is a lead gate, and we say so on the page rather than pretending otherwise. The demo runs on fictional data and does not connect to any of your systems.
Platform data
For customers, the personal data IO processes is determined by the systems you choose to connect and the scope you configure. IO-HQ acts as a processor for that data. Tenant isolation, encryption and access control are described on the Trust page.
Retention and deletion
Website submissions are retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. To have yours deleted, contact us and say so, no form required.
See it before you talk to anyone.
