Third parties involved in delivering the IO platform, by category. Customers are notified before a new subprocessor that handles customer data is introduced.
Categories in use
Cloud hosting and storage, infrastructure on which the platform runs and customer signal is stored, in isolated tenants.
Model providers, language models used for drafting and explanation. Customer data is not used to train shared or third-party models, and model-assisted output passes the human approval gate before release.
Operational tooling, error monitoring, product analytics and transactional email used to run the service.
Notification
Where a subprocessor change affects the handling of customer data, customers are notified in advance through the contact named in their agreement. See also Trust.
